About Joining
Make sure you've read the rules. If your character doesn't meet the requirement, then we're really sorry if you're declined. The enrollment system is "First come, First serve",but if your character sheet doesn't meet the requirement for joining in,
you maybe declined. Don't hesitate to ask the admin, they'll be gladly help.
Please wait for the enrollment to open.About Your Character
Our group is based on modern life. Please design your character to fit the theme. Your character must be 100% human. Animal features allowed as long as they're just accessories. Original character only. You may use your old character, but please redesign him/her to fit our requirements. No god-modding characters. We only accept finished character sheets, either digital or traditional is allowed. Only one character per deviant allowed. If you want to make twin, then you have to search partner for your twin character. Only characters with age 12-55 years old are allowed to enter alone. If your character below 12 or above 55, you have to look for partner for your character's companion. Example: Your character is a 10 years old boy and your friend's character is his mother. You will enter the boarding house together but get separated rooms. Your character's job can be everything, from student to a employee. It's up to your imagination. But some jobs may not allowed, please ask admin if you're not sure with your job. No magic plz. If the magic is the one like david copperfield, dedy cobuzier etc it's okay la. But no magic like in harry potter or other fantasy stories.About Application
We have no a real compulsory application sheet. However, your character sheet must be something like these:
Basically, it's just a black canvas with your character's face close up, a fullbody of your character, a simple BG for the close up drawing, and your character first name. The close up pose can be anything, however make sure it shows their close up face clearly. Make sure the close up drawing is like inside the black thingies (look at example) The fullbody position can be in the middle, right, or left, it's up to you. The pose is up to you too, however, make sure it shows 80-90% their front body. The BG for close up drawing can be random. It can represent their character too, such as their personality or their favorite things. It's up to you. The character first name's font is up to you, however, pick a legible one. The name must be written in capital and located in bottom side.About Your Character Information
These are the informations that must be included in the artist's comment. Name: Your character's fullname. Age: Your character's age. Room: The room your character occupies. Please choose from here: the-boarding-house.deviantart.… DoB: Your character's date of birth. Job: Your character's job. H/W: Your characters height and weight. Likes: What your character likes. List them at least 3. Dislikes: What your character dislikes. List them at least 3. Personality: Your character's personality. Explain it at least 3 sentences. History: How's your character ended up living in the boarding house. The story is up to your imagination. Explain it at least 3 sentences. Trivia: Your character's trivias. Can be something they keep deep inside them, or just unnecessary information. No limitations, but at least make 1.
About Leaving
There's 2 condition of leaving, one is by your choice, and the other one is kicked our because of not doing the payment. For leaving by your choice, just note us the reason and we will remove your application sheet from the group.About Rejoining
After a payment, there's an enrollment since there will be empty rooms. So, the kicked people can re-apply again, but you have to book the room as fast as you can, since there's also new members. The minimum gap to rejoin is 1 term. If you rejoin less than a term, then you have to do the Lame Poem Punishment. 
Ex: like you leave on September payment and join right on October enrollment, then you gotta do the punishment. But if you leave on September and join on February enrollment (or after that), you don't have to do the punishment.
To rejoin, follow these conditions: 
If using old OC,Kicked because forgot payment: you must submit a drawing of the OC crying and bowing while saying "I promise to pay next month". The drawing can be modified to meet your resident's character. Use your creativity
If using new OC, you will be counted as new member. Draw your new OC in new application sheet. More info, scroll up
